   1. This Privacy Policy is the document governing the processing of personal data of individuals (the “Users”) accessing the reportdesign.ru website (the “Website”) managed by OOO Report Design (INN 7 728 330 494).
2. PROVISION OF CONSENT
   1. The User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy by entering their personal data into the Request a Quote form (the “Form”) on the Website and clicking the Submit button.
3. PERSONAL DATA
   1. When filling out the Form, the User provides OOO Report Design with their personal data, including their first name and/or middle name and/or surname; place of employment or information about the company whose interests the User represents; e-mail; contact phone number; IP address; and other personal data voluntarily entered by the User in the Form (“Personal Data”).
   2. OOO Report Design considers the Personal Data provided by the User true and cannot verify, confirm, or deny the reliability of the Personal Data.
4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
   1. OOO Report Design guarantees that it processes Personal Data in line with Russian laws on personal data. OOO Report Design respects the User’s privacy and so takes all the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the Personal Data provided by the User when using the Website, against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, changing, blocking, copying, sharing, dissemination, and any other unlawful act.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
   1. The User consents to the processing of their Personal Data by OOO Report Design in the following ways:
      1. Collection of Personal Data.
      2. Recording and storage of Personal Data.
      3. Classification of Personal Data.
      4. Anonymisation of Personal Data.
      5. Updating and changing Personal Data. ООО «Репорт Upon the User’s written request, OOO Report Design can make a change to the User’s Personal Data in its databases. In such cases, OOO Report Design retains and stores both the original and the updated Personal Data.
      6. Deletion of Personal Data. Upon the User’s written request, OOO Report Design deletes their Personal Data from its databases.
      7. Transfer of Personal Data to third parties. OOO Report Design transfers the User’s Personal Data to third parties only in cases permitted by Russian laws.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES
   1. OOO Report Design processes the User’s Personal Data for the following purposes:
      1. To contact the User to clarify the User’s request for a quote.
      2. To form and send a quote to the User.
      3. To conduct internal statistical analysis.
   2. OOO Report Design guarantees that it collects the User’s Personal Data only to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes.
7. VALIDITY PERIOD OF CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
   1. The User’s consent to the processing of Personal Data as given in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy remains valid for an unlimited period, and the User may withdraw such consent at any time by submitting a written notice to partners@reportdesign.ru, putting “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data” in the subject line.
8. POLICY AMENDMENTS
   1. OOO Report Design reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
   2. Updates are communicated to Users by publishing the amended Privacy Policy and indicating the date of the last update on the Website.
